They found that employers are looking for workers with both soft skills and hard technical skills. Here are the 5 most in-demand soft skills in 2019: 1. Creativity 2. Persuasion 3. Collaboration 4. Adaptability 5. Time Management I'm pretty sure that I never heard a guidance councilor utter the words 'creativity', or 'persuasion', let alone 'collaboration'.
